  • I've been sleeping prone sll my life maybe just a handful of times have i had sore neck never a headache. The trick is not to be completely supine and having a pillow to hug helps, if no pillow you can have your arm in front bend sort of propping you up. Also for prone i would never use s full pillow rather you need s flat pillow otherwise of course you will get neck aches and headaches

  • It's Brad and I. You put the other person's name first and the 'forget about it". Would you say 'me' did this or 'I' did this?

  • So what positions should we sleep?

  • I'm a stomach sleeper. Works for me. I spent a year injured and unable to sleep on my stomach…pretty sure I didn't sleep very well.

  • I find it almost impossible to fall asleep in any other position than on my belly and yes every morning my neck is out of whack, often takes the whole day to get right and more often I go to bed with my neck already warped, but what can I do, to sleep I need to be on my belly. On my back I'm just lying their staring at the ceiling.

  • I am overweight and am top heavy. I keep pillows under my back and even higher under my head to elevate my head above my shoulders.

  • So what position SHOULD we sleep in?! Only leaves back sleeping which I find strains the lower back. Disappointed that you do not show the correct sleeping position.

  • In the sentence you were using, it is "Brad and me." You were correct. @ 0:55

  • Very good video Thank you for sharing. I actually sleep on my left side kinda in a fetal position; hugging a pillow to keep my shoulder level just like you showed because my spine is all messed up. At least I know I’m sleeping right. I was told the safest side to sleep on is your left. Has something to do with your organs if your on your right side. Thanks again for sharing

  • “If you know Brad and me” was correct. You leave off the other person to see if it sounds right for correctness. You wouldn’t say, “If you know I.”
The same principle applies to “Brad and I just went through daylight savings time.” You wouldn’t say “Me just went through daylight savings time.” I hope that helps.

  • Ive been sleeping directly on my shoulder and now the pain has just worsened. I can't even bare the alternative sleeping position. It would be great if we can have a video on possible stretches for the pain

  • Well I sleep on my stomach with a pillow and never get a headache. I get a slightly achy knock if I turn my head one way but it doesn't last. If I turn it the other way it's fine. I just put it down to the fact I've grown a little stiff and need to get looser which is happening. Also, helped with symptoms of COVID-19!
